This is the second report I am writing on Cellc's shocking customer service. Numerous complaints, emails and social media streams have been ignored. I am experiencing poor cellular connection, extremely slow 3g data speeds (approx 0.02 MBps). I have contacted technical, they said they would escalate and sms me a ref no. Didnt get the sms. Phoned customer services. They also said they would escalate. Finally got a ref no. Asked in no uncertain terms that they get someone to phone me on 11 March between 10am and 5pm or on 16 March (today). Lo and behold, a call from Cellc on 13 March which I was unable to answer due to being in a meeting. No voicemail message left, no further attempts to contact me. At this stage i am wasting money and time trying to get a service i pay for.
