ILLEGAL DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT AND FALSE INFORMATION!

Once again, Vodacom never cease to disappoint. I made a complaint about their accounts department over billing me and not responding to my queries. my lines were DELETED, and I was told that I would have to pay R17000.00 to get them re-instated. False, the person who worked it out made an error. I then paid R12500.00 to get my lines re-instated even though it was Vodacom's call centre that never bothered to get back to me to tell me what the problem was it was easier to just shut up and pay. My lines were re-instated with an activation fee of R250.00 per line, plus R105.00 extra per sim card! I was then debited a few days later for an amount of -R1400.00 from an account that Vodacom had NO PERMISSION TO DEBIT. It was an old account that they used to debit, but my debit order details had been changed a year prior and all of a sudden they are debiting an old account? how do companies get to put their hands into peoples accounts without permission? Then to add insult to injury, even though the account was paid in full Plus plus plus, I LOST all the data and free minutes that form part of my contract. I paid for them, I had accumulated minutes on one of my lines now they are GONE!
