EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I'v been a client of Autopages' 4 over 10 years & am currently extremely unhappy with the service received @ Gateway branch. In Jan I signed documents for the new Nokia Lumia 920 which was advertised in the Autopage brochure. It took over 3 weeks 4 the phone to b delivered 2 their offices 4 me 2 collect. In that time I did not receive any calls advising any delays. I was also passed on to various staff as there were continuous excuses as to why the person I previously dealt with was not available.
The product was advertised with a free wireless charger which I have to date not received.
Upon my various calls to the Gateway offices I have been informed that the said charger is at the 'warehouse' & they have not dispatched same. Being such a well-established company surely it does not take 2 months to dispatch an item that was supposedly included and advertised for. Yet again all calls were made by myself, no calls were returned and not once did I receive a call advising of any delays. An email was sent to theGateway branch on 12.03.13 and a call was made to them on 19.03.13, to date I have not received a response to either. Canceling my contract seems to be the best option.
