I have been an Autopage customer for over 15 years. I renewed my Autopage contract in January and took advantage of the MTN special running at the time where I would select a new Nokia Lumia 920 phone and it would come bundled with a free Nokia wireless charger.
After a few weeks' delay I finally got the phone. But after many, many follow ups with the same retention's consultant and his manager I am still waiting for the wireless charger in May!!! It has got to the point where they no longer reply to emails or voice-messages left with their colleagues. All attempts to escalate to the next level of management are effectively blocked by the call centre.
I had also asked them to enable LTE for the Nokia phone but nothing has been done about that either!
After being a customer for so long I find it very hard to believe that I am being treated this way. Needless to say, as soon as I can move away from Autopage the better!!!
