I've just phoned again and the credit amounts of R871 and R109 still does not reflect on my invoice for 26 March.
This has been ongoing since 29 Jan!!!
How long must I still wait in order for your useless and pathetic incompetent customer billing department to process the credit notes onto my account!!!
