I have been speaking to customer care billing department for two weeks with regards to amounts on my cell c invoice that no one is able to explain to me. They just tell me the query has been escalated and I will be contacted. They have contacted me but when I ask questions about the invoice the say they are unable to answer as they do not understand what the amounts are for and will escalate the query and the next person just phones me telling me the same thing as the last one. I'm quite tired of speaking to all these uninformed people that refuse to give me contact details of someone who actually knows what they are talking about!
