DISCREPANCY ON ACCOUNT

I have an account with Homechoice, a month ago I registered on there website to view all my information. I went to the part that tells you what your purchases have been and waht your monthly payemnt is, this differed to the amount on my statement. I queried this with them, firstly I was told that a credit would be passed on my account, they would hand over query to the accounts department and as soon as the credit had been passed they would contact me. Then I heard nothing, so I contacted them, then I got told... No a credit would not be passed the information on the website is incorrect, when I asked how this can be possible I was told that Homechoice can calculate there finance charges on a daily basis and this they tell me is printed on the front of there Invoice they deliver with, when I looked on my Invoice it said nothing to that effect and So please explain how on the back of your Invoice that gets send to customer with goods, under Section 3. 3.1 When credit is granted by Homechoice to the customer, the monthly repayments will be made in such amounts and in the number of instalments as per the pre-agreement and quotation/Tax Invoice- Nothing is said about calculation dail
