I reported the bad service from vodacom last week regarding a nokia i handed in for repair 2 weeks prior, they were quick to say a "SENIOR " consultant will contact me which never happened, i called Andre the assistant manager at clearwater on friday who said he will check and call me back and till now i am still waiting to know where my phone is..after almost 3 weeks you dont know where my phone is???how useless can one branch be? not only is the front end staff useless but the management is just as useless together with the team that handles these queries... where the is my unit you bunch of useless??? j/card 8663989
