Calling 111 is a degrading experience. Who wants to listen to Shosholoza loud music for up to 40 minutes without any response?! Please Vodacom call the SARS call centre and listen to the way customers want to be treated. At least Inform your customers how long they will have to hold on! All I ever get when calling 111 is a flat phone battery, a rise in my blood pressure and a total dislike of Shosholoza. Regarding service, Vodacom call centre gets a nil for under-estimating their customers.
