I upgraded my phone last week to a Q10, activated new sim on Friday and today I have a bill of over R1000. In 4 days I got to R1000, what if I'm on this for a month, will it come down to R8000 per month.
Firstly I'm still waiting for my contract, have been calling since the upgrade and to date I still haven't received anything. On Monday at 10 I called the Call centre to ask how the data usage is working/used and was told that for this month I'm still on the old plan and on the 1st of August I have to call to activate BIS which will cost R59 per month so I can use the my phone as per usual.
How did an account get this high in a few days time and why is Vodacom raping they customers this way. This is day light. I would rather buy data. Vodacom educate your call centre agents on the products. How do you expect me to pay this account if I was place under false pretense regarding my data usage? If customers call, explain to them what is happening so that we have a better understanding than ripping them off so your pockets can be filled. Vodacom should be ashamed of themselves
