I'm still waiting for response from Vodacom after a year. I was promised to listen to the recorded call for the sale made to myself by Nelisiwe. I did not get any call from Vodacom to resolve this matter. All I know is that I am Blacklisted by Vodacom for R6000 airtime I did not receive. I am willing to pay for any service or product received from a supplier. I was never connected. Big companies like these only know how to blacklist customers, it's a hobby. I am appealing to all customers not to trapped with the Contact Centre Agents painting a good picture about the socalled good service/products.
