No response after more than a month

I have been trying to make a booking on the Shozoloza Meyl for the past 2 months now. I sent an email more than a month and half ago and i am still waiting on a reply. This after calling the call centre and being on hold for 10 minutes at a time without even speaking to anyone!

Today 14/11 i called the call centre again and again i was on hold for 11 minutes without speaking to anyone. Even worse still the booking option on their website has been disabled until further notice.

This is PUTRID service!
