So two months ago my upgrade was processed by summer mobile on behalf of mtn. it is going on for the 3 month now and still i don't receive feedback from this place!! i keep calling in and every time I'm told it will be done, i will receive it by Tues or Thurs as it was not submitted the first time. i accepted that.. but again this happened! and it me who is doing all the calling. I've spent a fortune on phone bill and being transferred to a manager, the line just conveniently cuts off. what is the deal with this place! completely incompetent!
left all contact details for them to call. they don't care at all about satisfying the customer. they don't even have the decency to call me back just to let me know what is going on.. even if there is a delay! I've been with mtn for many years but summer mobile is really giving mtn such a bad name. and by this they WILL lose customers! i have spoken to Shiraaz who suppose to submit it. never done. spoke to Mildred as well as Tenita. they are all useless!
