Summer Mobile

I took out a contract in December after Summer Mobile called me. The handset was deliver along with the sim card. I tried activating the number, but MTN told me that wasn't possible. I've been in contact with Summer mobile countless occassions, but it's the same thing everytime and no one helps or they promise to call, but no one does. I been billed over R1300, 00 for a number that I haven't even used yet, because I DON'T HAVE A NUMBER!!! I went to an MTN store and was told that the wrong number was activated on my name and I'm being billed for the usage of another person. A case of was logged and was told that the number has been suspended, but I'm still being billed. The supervisor at the MTN store told me that Summer Mobile has to request a number swop and credit me. My question is why can't Summer Mobile just do this? And I don't want my MTN account credited. I want my bank account credited because this is money that I WAS GOING TO USE FOR OTHER PAYMENTS. YOU GUYS HAVE SERIOUSLY STUFFED THIS UP. I'm prepared to pay my monthly contract fee, THAT IS WHY I AGREED TO IT.
I need you to sort this out immediately!
