If you think Vodacom has any form of "customer care" you are mistaken. Their continual dropped calls is costing clients millions making Vodacom very rich. Try and get help from a customer care agent for your upgrade - they just refer you to a web site as they are completely ingorent of the products they are selling. The same applies to the Voda shops. They are totally understaffed with ques out the door, if you are lucky enough to speak to an assistant, they dump a number of old damaged phones on the table - and suggest you choose one. Ask about specification and they are totally dumbfounded. Try and speak to someone in a senior position is like trying to get an interview with the new Pope. Clearly they are far to important to speak to the normal mortal (their client actually). Time to try a new service provider - hopefully they would like my company's contract for all our cell phones.
