Nightmare in Upgrading continues

Please refer to my mail 7 days ago, besides that no mail was sent to me the stores especially midrand vodaworld are useless. If you dont want a Samsung they just don't care to stock the other phones. I wonder if vodacom is getting an additional commission from Samsung. From the time you enter till the time you leave they only care to push a Samsung down your throat. I took the contract out at Vodacom 4u, Vodaworl and if I upgrade there they waive the R150 admin fee, but they don't have phones they only stock Samsung. When you go to another 4U store they want the R150 admin fee??? When you complain on this site a consultant will mail you his details to communicate directly with you, a week later and guess what??? no e-mail. My wife has her own business and holds 6 lines with Vodacom (this one being one of them) and this is how loyalty is rewarded?? I am so dissappointed with Vodacom it just isn't funny, they want to bully you into certain contracts with certain handsets unlike other providers where you choose the handset on the package you want and then pay your subs accordingly???
