Three weeks ago a complained about my new I phone dropping received and made calls in the Gordon's Bay Area. I have since reported this about once a week with NO RESPONSE!!!
Last week I send an e-mail to Customer Care complaining about dropped calls, extra charges for making new calls and reverting to the use of SMS's to communicate.
I requested to speak to a Director but was informed that they were not allowed to do that.
Now my question is only this - do the staff including that of Customer Care and "Directors" realize who pays their salaries every month, hey it is us the Customers!!
Can someone now please start earning their salary at Vodacom and resolve this matter???
For the record - please ensure that my bill for this month excludes charges for the dropped calls as well as SMS's, etc. since I will refer this matter to the National Consumer Council.
