I have complained via email and telephone about my internet speed and nothing gets done to solve the problem.

Why am I paying for a 10 meg line but only receive 0.34mb/s? [URL Removed]

This is and worst of all, it is easier to walk barefoot over piping hot coals than to get a response from Telkom.
