Pathetic and Incompetent Call Centre

Please refer to your call recordings to the Call Centre from number 0829266977 at 11h57 and 12h00 today 25/03/2013.
o First call: Magdeline Magube put the phone down in my ear.
o Second call: Ivy Matlou had her own agenda. Thought she was speaking to a 3 year-old who had no clue as to what the procedure was in cancelling a contract.

Your call centre is a shambles, your company obviously think that we, your consumers, are absolute.
Remember you are a SERVICE PROVIDER, not... You are MY service provider. You WILL listen to me and handle me as if I am your ONLY customer.
