What an incompetant company

In September I applied for a contract with Vodacom the wrong phone was issued to me so I was told I will receive a new one, they have collected the old phone. I need to change from R50 contract to R99 contract due to only the R99 contract being compatible with whatsapp. Still waiting for the new one, every day I am called to be told we apologise about the delay some one will be contacting you to confirm delivery. I called the call centre only to be told there is no change in the contract there is no phone ready for your collection I need to call the cancelation department. Why should I call cancelations I have been messed around since September and still need to run around Vodacom due to them not having enough knowledge on how to handle their own errors. Please could some one contact me with confirmation to say that's its cancelled. I will never recommend such a cell phone provider to any one, you cant even go into a store and query it as you are pushed out the door and told sorry phone the call centre. I thought our country is starving for business well don't try Vodacom as they so up to date with sales they just don't care about any one new coming on board.
