I have a Blackberry contract with Vodacom, including BIS. I received an account recently which included a data cost of over R1800. No one from Vodacom can tell me where this amount comes from, the call centre told me to go to a branch. The branch then told me to phone the call centre. The call centre then told me they will log a query and that it will take up to 14 days. This is unacceptable. I have now tried to cancel the contract, and they are equally useless and unhelpful. I have asked for the matter to be expedited. I tried phoning the call centre again today, and held for over 7 minutes, eventually hanging up. I phoned the Vodacom customer care in Eastgate, and the phone goes unanswered. I cannot wait to get rid of this contract and change service provider!!!
