Disgusting Service from Vodacom staff

I visited Vodacom Customer care in Nelson Mandela Square on the 20 Aug to cancel existing contracts. The staff was slow, with bad attitude and unhelpful. After 40 minutes of waiting in the queue, I was told that I needed to call the call centre to get a cancellation quote. I called the call centre from my phone and asked the consultant at the shop to speak to the call centre agent. An argument ensued between them, on my phone and the call centre agent dropped the phone and I remained unhelped and I still don't know why. I find this very disturbing and unprofessional, exactly why I am cancelling my contracts with Vodacom. I refuse to go to their branch or call them at this point. I demand someone treats me like a paying customer and call me to resolve this issue. All I want is to pay them cancellation costs and walk away from the contracts I want to cancel. After today's shocking service, I am considering cancelling all of these contracts and move to another service provider who would gladly have my business.
