My family won't be eating thanks to vodacom

I would just like to ask vodacom what my family must eat tonight as they took my debid order twice in two days inspite of assuring me that it won't happen. I even have proof that i phoned customer care to make sure not to take the same debid twice. I emailed, phoned and tweeted but they don't respond. I have no funds left to buy food or for transport but they don't seem to care.
