Porting still not sorted out -has been a nightmare

I ordered and received a new iphone 5 and sim card

A week later i am still trying to port from a nashua mobile.

I have called cell c and been kept holding for 30mins, 15mins, 20 mins etc etc at a time - then put thru to 5 orso people to get to porting department - told same story each time - how they'll charge me then i lose temper and say fine charge me then they come back and say ok not to charge cause they see request was done on time - has driven me absolutely crazy.

I have given them ampel notice of cancellation - contract was officially cancelled on 14 march - but i'm still able to use the phone so it may be on prepaid or still on contract?

My request to port was declined by nashua mobile - (they say we put in ID number of myself rather than company ID number _ I called TEBOGO today and she put the request in again - but in the name of a repaid account - she said i must call back this afternoon to see if goes thru and resubmit - unacceptable!
