An addiontal sim was issued on 0714933881, in stead of a replacement sim. After several months of trying to cancell the contract, it was eventually done. I received an offer from Vodacom for partial recovery of my losses, but was not happy with the offer. My attorney sent letters to an e-mail address supplied by Vodacom: [Email Removed] the first of which was sent on 16 January 2013. To date, 25 March 2013, there was no response from Vodacom.
