Despite several requests and replies from Kim Thornton, still no feedback from Vodacom since letter was sent on 28 January 2013. Kim would you give me a fax nr where I can fax the letter for your attention? Please, Vodacom can surely do better than ignoring me and my attorney for 4 months!
