MTN staff are so incompetent. My patience is THIN!

I have been sent from pillar to post by the MTN staff of both Jabulani and Trade Route Mall. I had lost my phone last year on the 26/12/2012, and as I was working at trade route mall I went to the MTN there and I was told since I bought the phone in Jabulani I must go where I bought the it as they are using different numbers to report cases. Without giving me Information or what so ever. So I went to Jabulani on he 27/12/2012 to report I was then told to report to the case to the SAPS, from there the I went and got the OB number then and had to drive back from Lenasia to Jabulani to submit the details of the case. After I was assisted and completing the forms and sending it to 24 Hour Insurance, since then no one from the company contacted me about the where about of the query and keeping me posted. I then called 24 Hour to find out about my query and guess what it was declined due to my phone not using the registered cell number since 2011, however I have set them my companies itemised billing showing that I am still utilising the same number but then still that was not sufficient and guess what as you do the sim swap there are questions that ask you about the last time u used it
