BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 21/04/2013 In the afternoon I went to KFC Jabulani Mall to purchase food, and Anna being the assistant, I ask for a street was 5, which I requested thighs and drumsticks, she refused then she asked another lady to tell that they cant give me what I want, then they called the manager and she's the worst manager i could ever image, instead of assisting me and giving me answers she wants to ask questions yet shje haven't answered my questions. I buy KFC roughly thrice or twice a week and i am always specific of the types of pieces I want and have never encounterd any problems with other stores, now at KFC Jabulani Mall they wanna tell me about the way they were trained and about their procedures and policies. So this Manager is supposed to be the for customers, protect us from her staff and answer customer questions. She did not respect me as I customer and I will not let this die, managers like her need to understand her purpose clearly, it is just not a title to fancy about. Why is it that in high class areas KFC is just so fantstic, they treat every1 equaly regardless of race. They listen to customers and fulfill their needs but the types like in Jabulani Mall r incompetent
