Outsurance refuses to send voice recording

Outsurance is by far the worst Insurance Company in South Africa, they literally take money from their customers and then when an incident occurs Outsurance always find a way out of paying their customers, their statement "Outsurance bends backwards for their clients is nothing but false advertising",

Then when you call Outsurance they always say these calls are recorded but the second they find an excuse not to pay and you tell them the proof is in the recording they never send the voice recording which is against the Law which clearly they do not care

I Urge anyone wanting to take out insurance to avoid the Outsurance Trap and rather invest in a Insurance Company like MiWay who advertise what they actually do to help customers

Outsurance is untruthful in more ways than one, they are artists who just take customers money and then refuse to pay for what they are liable for

NEVER INSURE WITH OUTSURANCE YOU WILL BE SORRY AND WILL END UP PAYING FOR YOUR OWN DAMAGES

The South African Consumer Protection Act prevents things like this in SA i will make sure you are exposed for what you really stand for taking customers money
