I find it strange that you call the SEACOM outage degraded service when there is no service at all I cant even access local sites, I have now had to switch to Afrihost to get my internet working. there should be a backup system in place on SAT3 or SAFE at least.
I have also complained on your support line in the last month that your premium uncapped ADSL service is being throttled and shaped the maximum speed i was able to get was 90kbps no one has come back to me after switching to Afrihost I am back up to 400kbps which confirms that you have been throttling and shaping my connection.
Your my account login page doesn't work either it redirects you to a 404 page which i have also mentioned when calling your support line.
Please cancel my account with immediate effect.
