I have been a customer of Mweb's for years and i have received nothing but great service from them no matter what i do or need to change. If there is ever a problem with their service they go out of their way to fix it and keep me (And all other people affected) up to date with the progress of the repairs.
All in all i am VERY happy with Mweb's service and i know of other people that are equally as happy.
Even due to the Seacom outage they have made a plan to make my online experience as great as it can be. I will certainly not "jump ship" due to a very slight problem that is not even Mweb's fault.
Keep it up Mweb and thanks for the fantastic service so far. I am sure it will continue to be amazing :)
