My ADSL line has been offline for about two weeks, when called telkom to rectify the situation i was transferred between consultants back and forth, when i finaly reached the last consultant-Prince, he assisted me with utmost patience an knowledge of the product and service offered by telkom. A big thank you to Prince who was on the line with me for almost an hour assisting me and getting my line to work again, i have no surname for Prince but a reference number: 551955005..
