We live in Ibis Street, Wierda Park. I am a subscriber but we only receive internet in one room in the house, and never more than 21 % strong signal. We have reported this and their reply was "... Yes... we know there is a problem with the tower. No, we can't tell when it will be fixed". Unacceptable! I pay subscription every month and this is what they tell me all the time. Not acceptable! My Vodacom friends in the same area are happy campers. Worst of all, why do they just keep on saying they know there is a problem but they don't fix it??? I want my money back or my contract cancelled. And no, they should not phone me with MORE stories just fix it! I have been trying to post this little post for 15 minutes now...
