I have recently moved to Cell C and only experienced one disappointment after another. I have reported overbilling on my out of bundle data with no response since the 25 Feb. this after my initial query on the 18 Feb was incorrectly captured! This after various call centre and branch agents confirmed that my out of bundle rate is 15c!
I am also waiting for a response on my poor data transfer rate desire my signal showing full on 3G. The technician should have visited me within 7 days! Not a word yet. I have followed up on numerous occasions but nobody seems to care because its not there money...
Seriously disappointed AND FRUSTRATED!!!
