On 3 April 2012 I got a call from a consultant named LEBO, who informed me that I am receiving a loyalty reward and I would be getting a Samsung Galexy delivered to my door within two weeks... Well I called 173 to confirm and waited, and waited, and waited, and yes people I am still waiting today is the 24 March 2013, after calling several times going in to various branches, which has not only cost me airtime but the fact that no one ever returns a message because thats all I can leave for the elusive LEBO, who does not even respond to other consultants internal emails, trying to help me, for that SHANNON @Bayside Table View THANK YOU, the staff member of MTN who actually cares that the customer is happy...
I would in all honesty just like to hear from some one who actually can tell me why I was never contacted when they realized that said package was not delivered, and please give me the phone you promised me a year ago...
