I put in a claim last year Dec for damages on my phone. I was contacted on 26/12/2013 to be informed that my phone is ready. I then paid the excess the next day and faxed the proof of payment. However I have now been waiting two weeks to hear when my phone will be delivered. I have contacted the call centre and waited for hours at a time with no assistance. I have also been sending emails and faxes but has not yet received a response. I would really like to know what the hold up is. Help please!
