At the time when the sales person advised me of the entry, I was told that this publication would be done in 2012. I have been told by the staff that this is only scheduled for 2013.
In July 2011, there was HUGE urgency to get payment and finality so everything had to be processed IMMEDIATELY. Why if this publication is only due in 2013?
I have had various people from the organization promising that they would return my call and NONE have kept that. Getting through on your telephone number is a mission of its own.
Finally - from TRUDON, I was told that my contact details would not appear. I expect a written personal declaration that my contact details will be published, expected date of publication, and that if this does not appear, then I will receive the full amount paid plus interest. I therefore DEMAND the amount paid to Directory Holding be refunded R1, 349.91 plus interest. This amount was paid to installments from 12/07/2011.
To date my business telephone number does not appear in the North West Province telephone directory - Not for 2012 or 2013, so my prediction is that this company has the funds paid.
