On the 14th September 2013 I went to furniture city Rustenburg platinum to buy a lounge suite (sofas) together with a coffee table. I paid around R44 000 for the items via EFT and It included the delivery fee. I was helped by a lady called Lebo who told me that the items were available at the warehouse and that they would be delivered by the 20th September 2013 (0ne week). Due to lack of communication from Lebo I called her on the 18th September and to my surprise I was told that the items were not available at the warehouse and that I would have to wait until around the 31st October 2013 to get the items which I paid for in cash on the 14 September 2013, as they were receiving new stock on the 27th September. due to frustration as a result of the dishonesty of the sales person (lebo) I wanted to take my money back, I was then promised that stock would be sourced from a different warehouse and that I would receive them on 26 sep 2013. I was then informed that not all the items were available and I would have to wait for more..why must I have to deal with such dishonest people who promised me the best service when they took your money and I am now still waiting. CROOCKS!!!
