I decided to give [URL Removed] one more chance this year and purchased Christmas gifts which i was explicitly told would be delivered in 5 working days. As I have holiday plans, that was ideal. Unfortunately, [URL Removed] started sending me emails after 5 days telling me the order would be delayed. These things happen so I decided to be patient. I waited till 6th December and contacted their support centre. I was told the goods had been dispatched and i would receive it in two days. After still not receiving the purchases, I called them and waited for 10 minutes to speak to a consultant. He has now told me that they are waiting for stock and that he will call me back. I leave for my holiday tomorrow. It seems [URL Removed] is intent on messing up my kids Christmas Day. I have been fooled twice as this happened last year as well. I will not be a fool again. [URL Removed] are liars and crushers of the Christmas spirit. Shame on you.
Oh. And give me back my money.
