8ta internet speeds and connectivity

I have previously laid a complaint with regards of my internet service from 8ta, the company did respond by sending an enquiry email to me, which i filled out immediately and responded to them, after a week of no response and still extremely bad internet service, i called the company and after speaking to 4 different people, they managed to send out a technician, the technician came through, did his tests and did tell me that the signal at the tower needs to be boosted and turned up, that is what i stated to them initially when i had the problem, the technical team however didnot follow the advice from the agent, when i called them a week ago, they mentioned that they are still working on the problem and it would be sorted in 3 weeks, the technician told me that it takes the technicians at the control center less that 1 minute to turn up the signal at the specific tower, however they are still looking into the problem, i cannot use my skype, the voice keeps on distorting and also the video does not work, the connection keeps on dropping, i have sent them speed test results showing the low speeds i get
it is really disgusting and hope that something is done about it asap
