2nd Complaint Refer to complaint TIME / DATE 22:41

Still have a problem with my internet as explained previously had a response from "TK" Time and Date 06:49:28 | Tue 12 Mar 13. The person asked me a couple of questions which I answered the 12th.

Do you have internet, voice issues or does both services fail to work properly on your device?
I only use it for internet not any voice applications.

Does this issue happen at specific times or all the time?
It differs sometimes from 8 till 11 in the morning other times in the afternoon, but most of the times it does not work.

Do these issues only happen in a specific area?
I do not travel with the sim card.

Is there 3G/HSDPA coverage?
We have both 3G and HSDPA/HSUPA.

When did these issues start?
It has been there for a while but is getting progressively worse.

Is there any other references to your request?
Not exactly clear what you mean.

What Type of device (handset, speedstick, tablet)?
It is a dongle used in a desktop PC.
