I'm having major issues with you 3g network in Midand on 14th road.
I always battle to get signal in my house yet other networks work 100%. Why is it that your signall is weak after all these years? You always saying how cheap your data rates are yet you can't even provide a decent service. I'd rather pay more for a service than to pay for something that I cannot even use. You will always be last to any network because you never listen to your customer complaints. I have logged so many calls and to this day NOTHING! What else do you suggest I do? Go to Vodacom or MTN?
Do you have internet, voice issues or does both services fail to work properly on your device? Battle to get 3g in Midrand
Does this issue happen at specific times or all the time? 98% of the time
Do these issues only happen in a specific area? MIDRAND (JHB)
Is there 3G/HSDPA coverage? Hardly
When did these issues start? Ever since i joined Cellc 2years ago
Is there any other references to your request? Yes, i have logged so many calls that to this day have never been resolved
