In Early April I had taken out a contract for the Huawei E5331 Internet 5 Promo.
The consultant had checked coverage and confirmed my residence was covered.
I had endless issues trying to pick up any signal from my residence (I did however pick up signal elsewhere).
My first set of complaints received a response to wait a few days as the network was experiencing problems.
I called the next few days & received the same response.
I thereafter called again & insisted a case be logged.
I was told I will be contacted the following day for technical support agent to make arrangements for someone to come to my residence.
I received no call for such arrangement!
I called several times to request the timing for this call out, but they eventually told me that they cant help me and a new tower will be placed in my area the ffg month if I wanted to wait or they could cancel the contract and return the device and I will not be charged.
I have returned it & ordered a telkom land line adsl as I still needed Internet services at home, but I am still being charged for the 8ta device!!
