I received a Blackberry on contract in the last week of March and as a new phone "explored" it a bit. long story short I was throttled in may and was told my Service would be restored the next month. it is 1 june now and I phoned in again because it was not restored and was told it would be restored mid june (week of the 16th). My wife is using my old prepaid CellC sim which is RICA'd on my name and her services were throttled at the EXACT same time, hence the sms that were sent to both phones at the same time. I was told the prepaid sim's ervice would be restored as soon as her BIS has expired and I purchase BIS AGAIN. BIS was purchased on the 26th May but it is still the same. Your customer call centre agents were honest then I would not have bought any airtime and rather went over to 8ta like i did afterwards anyway. Speak the truth next time someone phones in!!!
