I reported my problem 2 weeks ago via Hello Peter, Rasdhieda mailed me telling me that I will get a call from the Vodacom branch. I had to follow up, because I never got any call as promised. I received an email from Rashieda Jattiem telling me to call the Vodacom brance myself. It means that no one worked on my query - if I call the branch they would tell me anyway the same thing that they initially told me. Whats the use of complaining??? That is pathetic service from Vodacom SA.
