Helpful and Can-Do attitude

Good Day

My wife had experienced a series of problems with Vodacom recently which ranged from the staff responsible for their website to individual branches (Woodmead, Greenstone... as mentioned in my previous Vodacom report).

She was assisted finally by a Customer Care consultant; Rashieda Jattiem, who managed to resolve all her queries. Rashieda went the further mile and helped her with problems she experience after receiving a faulty hand-set.

Well done to Rashieda, keep up the good work. Rashieda helped restore some of our customer faith in Vodacom.
