I am using because it is the only way to get Vodacom to respond. I was sent an email by Vodacom on the 25th September a week after the incident of bad service occurred telling me that my issues were under investigation and promised instantaneous service via email. I have concerns and have sent 3 emails asking for updates and an opportunity to sort stuff out.
NO REPLY on any email.
I want to settle all my Vodacom accounts I do not want to be involved with a company that has no regard for its customers.
This is the third complaint that I have submitted. No resolution to any of my issues.
I am willing to bet it will take 3 days for Vodacom to come back to me off this compalint
