Been trying a month to cancel my Get It service

Been trying a full month to cancel my Get It service. Spoke to 4 different people no one can help me, my query has been escalated to the retentions dept but no one called or even text me. My last call was last week Friday, sat on the phone for over 15 minutes waiting for a manager to take my call, I'm still waiting and its been a week now. They debited in Feb over R70 for this service after i tried to cancel it in Jan, I received another invoice that's due now in March. I want this service terminated immediately and a full refund in my account.

My service is up for renewal in May I would like to due a early termination, please give me a once off amount to settle this account and port my number out of Cellc, I've had nothing but has service since last year.

I would appreciated a email with all the relevant details.
