Where is my Airtime going???

Everytime I load Airtime it disappears from my account. I loaded R300 on 21 Feb 2013. Within 2 days it decreased to R0.04.

On 8 March 2013 @ 7:45pm I loaded R5. Before I could even use it, my Airtime was back to R0.04.

I contacted Autopage (Najma). She said I am subscribed to: Grapevine, Click-a-tell and Mira. (she refused to send proof via a screenshot).

I contacted WASPA (Brendon Gibson). Laid my case with him. He responded saying that all 3 WASPS have confirmed that I AM NOT subscribed to them.

Where is my Airtime going???
