OK here's the deal I've taken my Samsung S2 into MTN for the 3rd time now for the same f#cken problem and they still won't replace it. I just got it back today and I tried to switch on the Wi-Fi and guess what, the f#cken thing switched off again. The manufacturers said it's the software from the AppStore, but the problem started happening after I used Kies Air which is installed on the phone by default, so tell me how can it be the other software I've downloaded?
I'm going to be taking it back to MTN tomorrow, and if I don't get a replacement phone this time I'm going to take the manufacturers to task. I hope this time you can do me the courtesy of giving me a replacement phone and stop waisting my time.
